How To Increase Memory in HindiHello Friends ! क्या आपने कभी notice किया है, कुछ लोग छोटी से छोटी details को याद कर लेते हैं, और कुछ लोग नयी चीज़े fast और easily याद कर लेते हैं. क्या आप भी ऐसा करना सीखना चाहते हैं ? आप भी ये कर सकते हैं. इसके लिए आपको अपने brain को और ज्यादा active करना होगा. अपना brain power improve करने के लिए ये tips follow करें.

1. Exercise करें

Exercise करने से न केवल आपकी body fit रहती है, बल्कि इससे आपके brain की भी exercise होती है. Regularly exercise ना करने से आपके brain में oxygen supply करने वाली arteries weak हो जाती हैं. इन arteries में plaque जम जाता है, जो की oxygen को properly supply नहीं होने देता. इससे बचने के लिए everyday exercise करें और walk करें.

2. Stressors को दूर करें

ऐसी कोई भी चीज़ जिससे आपको stress होता है यानि tension होती है या gussa आता है, ऐसी चीज़ों को avoid करें. बहुत ज्यादा stress से आपको depression की problem हो सकती है. Depression से आपका memorizing power weak हो जाता है. आप किसी भी चीज़ में concentrate नहीं कर सकते. इससे बचने के लिए Professional’s (Doctors) की सलाह लें.

3. Proper नींद लें

लगातार 7 – 8 hours की नींद रोज़ लें. इससे आपका memory power increase होगा. Proper नींद से आपका brain actively काम करेगा और आप चीज़ों को आसानी से याद रख पाएंगे, क्योंकि जब हम properly नींद पूरी करते हैं तो ये memory को sharp करता है. काम के वक्त भी बीच में 10 – 15 mins की झपकी लें, इससे brain charge हो जाता है.

4. जरुरी चीज़ें लिख लें

अगर कोई important information को आप याद करना चाहते हैं तो उसे लिख लें, लिखने से हमे चीज़ों को memorize करने में आसानी होती है. लिखने से हमारी body में oxygenated blood flow होता है और इससे brain sharp होता है. इसके लिए आप emails लिखना शुरू कर सकते हैं, या एक blog भी start कर सकते हैं. इससे आपकी याद रखने की capacity increase होगी.

5. Music सुनें

Research से पता चला है की music memory को recall करने का एक बहुत ही अच्छा तरीका है. अगर आप कोई गान सुनते हुए किसी चीज़ को याद करते हैं तो बाद में, उस music को mentally play करके अपनी memory को recall कर सकते हैं.

6. अपने Brain को Energy दें

जिस तरह body को काम करने के लिए energy चाहिए उसी तरह brain को भी memory sharp करने के लिए energy की ज़रूरत है. आपके brain का 50 to 60 percent weight पुरे fat होता है. Memory power को बढ़ने में fat बहुत ही helpful है. इसलिए ऐसी चीज़ें खाने से जिनमे बहुत सारा mixed fat है, आप लम्बे time तक चीज़ों को याद रख सकते हैं. हरे पत्ते वाली (Green leafy) vegetables ज्यादा से ज्यादा खाएं.

7. चीज़ों को देख के समझें

कई बार हम जो चीज़ें पढ़ के याद नहीं कर पाते वो हमे देख कर याद हो जाती हैं. Means photographs, charts etc. जो की आपकी text book में होते हैं. अगर आपको कोई चीज़ याद नहीं हो रही तो आप mind में ही उसकी कोई image बना कर उस चीज़ को याद रख सकते हैं. आप खुद से charts or figures भी बना सकते हैं.

8. दूसरों को पढ़ाएं

हम जो याद करना चाहते हैं उसे loudly read करने से भी वो हमे याद हो जाता है. इसी तरह research से पता चला है की हम जब किसी चीज़ को दूसरों को पढ़ते हैं तो इससे वो चीज़ हमारे brain में और अच्छे से memorize हो जाती है. इसका मतलब दूसरों को पढ़ा कर आप खुद की memory sharp कर सकते हैं.

9. Crossword Puzzles, Cards खेलें

Studies से पता चला है की ये दोनों चीज़ें regularly करने से आपका brain ज्यादा active रहता है. इसलिए रोज़ newspaper उठा कर उसके crossword puzzles, quizes को solve करें, और card games खेलें.

10. Breakfast में एक अंडा (Egg) जरूर खाएं

Brain trust program के author, M. D., Larry McCleary, के अनुसार अंडा एक ideal breakfast है. अंडे में Vitamin B होता है जो की glucose burn करता है. इसके अलावा Breakfast में green vegetables, fruits etc. लें. Healthy breakfast से आपके पुरे दिन की performance improve होती है.

      concentration jo hai wo practice se aata hai..agar aap dheere dheere practice karenge to jarur apka mind ka concentration level improve hoga like surwat me 15 min padhe fir dheere dheere time badhayen 25 min fir 40 min etc

      my ideas are strongly and scintifically proven.
      1..use pomodoro technique .study 25min take 5min break again repeat this.after compltiing 4 pomodoro means 2 hours take long break of 15 to 20 minutes and then again repeat 25 min study and 5 min break.
      2..drink 2 to 3sips of water..ghooth bar ke
      3..bol ke padho bcz ise awaaz ka b connection banega..
      4..beech becch mein deere deere chal chal ke padho..
      note:bt break mein fb ya aur social netwrking sites mt chlana..listen music and dont think abt studies..ye tip bht important he..koi ni dega..applly..plzz
